What preparation work is required before wetroom tiling commences?
Before tiling any wetroom, the preparation beforehand should be as follows, all walls to be fully plastered or boarded. Wallpaper removed and all wall and floor coverings stripped out. We can remove existing floor coverings if required, there will be a cost element if this service is specified. Please Note: We don't strip off existing wall tiles as this is a completely unknown outcome, as the plaster usually comes off with them, resulting in all walls to be re-plastered and a lot of mess.
Do you remove existing wall tiles?
No, we do not strip off existing wall tiles as this is a completely unknown outcome. The wall plastering can come off with the wall tiles resulting in walls requiring wall plastering and causing huge amounts of mess.
Can you remove floor tiles?
Yes, we can remove floor tiles and prep for the new tiles or underfloor heating.
What types of floor can you tile onto?
We can tile on virtually any floor surface to include Floorboards, Asphalt floors, Screeded or Concrete Floors. The preparation work required is different on all of these types of surfaces and costs vary depending on what needs to be done prior to installation of your tiles.
Do you have recommended suppliers for wetroom tiles?

Do you ask for deposits?
Generally, we don't take deposits, on smaller jobs, payment on completion is required when the job is finished. On Larger Projects Stage Payments are required on an agreed schedule of progress of completed works that has been signed off by the client.
