We can do certain types of repairs if required, if the repair is over an Electric Underfloor Heating Installation, the chances of damaging the Heat Elements during removal would make this impossible without further damage to the heating cables underneath. We won't carry out this type of work due to this risk.

Is your work Guaranteed?

Yes, all our work is fully Guaranteed upon completion. We only use quality materials supplied by Ardex Tilemaster Adhesives and Kerakoll, to name a few. They all come with Manufacturers warranty and full technical backup. We can produce a specific specification of products to suit your project if required.

Do you ask for deposits?

Generally, we don't take deposits, on smaller jobs, payment on completion is required when the job is finished. On Larger Projects Stage Payments are required on an agreed schedule of progress of completed works that has been signed off by the client.
